Flor de Selva Panatela
This Panatela delights the eye with its silky and oily wrapper. The start is straightforward, but not aggressive. The draw is ample and generous. It soon develops aromas of precious wood, honey and coffee. In the second third, sugary hints of liquorice appear in a spicy background. This small vitola is definitely a great success.

Flor de Selva Corona
This corona instantly releases vegetal and spicy notes. It is round in the mouth, and quickly moves to leathery and sweet aromas. It has a reasonable, unaggressive power. The final is somewhat spicy. A recommended harmonious shape.

Flor de Selva Petit Corona
Skillfully rolled in a quality wrapper. Upon lighting up, it releases a floral and vegetal palette of aromas. The power is barely noticeable, but the vitolas is a pleasant smoke, with leathery and woody aromas. A cigar with no pretensions.

Flor de Selva Double Corona
A magnificent vitola with a light wrapper. Pre light, aromas of hay and lichen, mild and supple. The Double Corona has an excellent draw and releases a spicy flavor of black pepper. Progressing through, power builds up and confirms the outstanding quality of the whole, despite some sour hints in the finish.

A round, intense and quality Robusto with aromas of resin and precious wood, and later of black and green pepper. Progressing through, sweet notes of liquorice develop. An extremely harmonious and well balanced marriage. The second third confirms its exceptional capacities as power keeps building up The aromas are extremely delicate and subtle.

The Fino, the size of a grand corona, has a decent wrapper. Upon lighting up, it releases rather pleasant woody notes, but the ambitions in the palette department are limited, somewhat monotonous. The second third offers spicier aromas.

A well constructed vitola demonstrating the perfect mastery of the torcedors working at Flor de Selva. The vitola lights easily, with typical herbaceous green aromas of hay, humus and undergrowth. Not very long in the mouth, but this is compensated by the even burn.

This très petit corona is very well rolled in a quality wrapper. The lighting quickly gives the palate a fruity and herbaceous aromatic spectrum. The power is not really felt but the vitola is pleasantly smoked, offering during tasting some leather aromas, dominated by roasted notes. A perfect companion to accompany an aperitif.
