The H. Upmann Connoisseur A, rolled exclusively for Casa del Habano, is a large cigar rolled in a relatively clear wrapper. This new vitola, imposing in the hand, is adorned with an exclusive band bearing the brands name. Easy to light, it quickly produces ample, rich and slightly tannic smoke. The aromatic profile evolves during the tasting. Notes of salted caramel mix with white pepper. We are closer to the Magnum 50 than the Connoisseur No.1 brand. The intensity during the second third is further marked with a hint of black tea aroma, repeating the slightly tannic flavour from the first puffs. The experience is concluded with a more intense concentration of cedar wood aromas.
