BIELLE - DISTILLERY OF THE 19TH CENTURY

Founded on the island of Marie-Galante, the isle of a hundred mills, in the late 19th century, the Bielle distillery continues its tradition of making pure cane juice rum to this day. Over the years, the distillery has gradually evolved along with its series of successive owners. Situated on a plateau 110 metres above sea level, it is very mindful of the environment. The Bielle distillery operates in an environmentally-friendly manner, using a natural process of plant evaporation.
