Don Papa is distilled from the best sugar cane and aged for over seven years in American oak barrels in the foothills of Mount Kanlaon. The rum is filtered through charcoal to remove all impurities and tannins. The quality of the sugar cane, grown on the fertile volcanic soil of the island, ageing in oak barrels and the master blender's expertise combine to give Don Papa a rich, sweet taste.
