Bribón cigars

Since its creation in 2017, Bribón Cigars has embodied the elegance of Colombian artisanal cigars. Founded by Juan Camilo Rodriguez, the brand was born out of a strong desire to reveal the exceptional potential of Colombian tobacco to the world through high-end production that is authentic and deeply rooted in local traditions. Bribón skilfully combines the ancestral heritage of master rollers with a bold vision of innovation.

The tobacco leaves used are grown in the rich soils of Montes de María and Santander, two regions emblematic of tobacco cultivation in Colombia. In partnership with experienced farmers, each leaf is selected by hand to ensure consistent quality, both aromatically and visually. This care taken at every stage of production is reflected in the cigars themselves, which are entirely handmade in the village of Barichara, renowned for its craftsmanship and respect for tradition.

To secure a sustainable supply of Cubita tobacco, renowned for its richness and complexity, Juan Camilo and his partner Francis have launched their own agricultural project in Montes de María. At the same time, they are exploring and developing local varieties such as Garcia Rovira, grown in the Barichara region, thereby contributing to the preservation and promotion of Colombia's agricultural heritage.
