The Les Jolies Filles Prestige AOC Cote de Provence rosé wine is a high-end product created in 2010 by Paul Aegerter. The Jolies Filles range seduces with its fine and elegant silhouette. A pleasure wine that will charm your palate! A "By Yssole" signature, the cuvées are partially produced with grapes from the Château Yssole vineyards.
This rosé comes from a meticulous blend of grapes from vineyards located in Var between Brignoles and Cuers. Noble grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, and Cinsault are carefully cultivated to offer a unique expression of their terroir.
Its robe is an elegant pale pink with golden reflections. The nose reveals delicate aromas of fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, as well as floral notes of peony and rose. In the mouth, it is fresh and balanced, with a slightly marked acidity that gives it a beautiful aromatic persistence.
The Les Jolies Filles Prestige AOC Cote de Provence rosé wine pairs perfectly with summer dishes such as composed salads, savory tarts, or grilled vegetables. It will also accompany grilled red mullet, lamb chops, semi-dry goat cheese, or a fruit-based dessert.
