The Vega Fina Year of the Snake cigar is a limited edition created to celebrate the Chinese New Year, paying tribute to the symbolism of wisdom, intuition and renewal associated with the Year of the Snake. This cigar in the elegant Corona Extra format, measuring 159 mm for a calibre 46, is distinguished by its double pigtail reminiscent of a snake's tongue, giving it a unique allure.
It is made from a refined blend of tobaccos with a wrapper from Ecuador, a binder from Nicaragua and filler leaves from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua, offering a subtle, nuanced aromatic balance. Presented in a red lacquered box adorned with gold details, this edition evokes prosperity and contains sixteen cigars divided into two rows of eight, a reference to the lucky number in China. Each module features the standard Vega Fina ring, accompanied by a foot ring matching the design of the box. Launched in November 2024 in very limited quantities, this creation will appeal to connoisseurs sensitive to exceptional craftsmanship and the rich symbolism of the Lunar New Year.
