This 2010 vintage barrel rum Bielle brut de fût was racked in 2017 at 56.5° in Marie-Galante. The bottling, unfiltered, was also carried out on site. On the nose, the tasty aromas of candied fruit and gingerbread underline a great delicacy, reminding us of the delights of our childhood! In the mouth, the tasting is dominated by a perfectly balanced oak note. The finish is marked by a sublime woody note with vanilla notes. A rum with complex aromas and a long finish.
