Tasting notes: The Bolgheri Rosso "Adeo" from Campo alla Sughera is a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, aged in barrels. On the nose, its fruity and fresh character is expressed through cherry, rose, fern and nut aromas, while on the palate it is direct and warm, supported by velvety tannins, lively freshness and excellent balance. To be served with: red meats, grilled meats, risotto. Also delicious with blue cheese. To drink it at its best:
