This latest addition to the distillery's prestigious range of Bielle rums is a blend of old rums aged for at least three years in old bourbon casks and sweet white wine.

Its nose reveals notes of lime zest evolving towards yellow lemon, mixed with aromas of fresh cane and pastries reminiscent of lemon meringue pie. On the palate, the attack is generous and indulgent, revealing flavours of flaked almonds, egg cream, cinnamon, citrus fruit and a hint of salt. The finish is dry and slightly oily, with hints of spice and lingering notes of meringue and lime zest.
