The PerfecPunch & Stand is a revolutionary device that has been awarded eight patents, both in the USA and internationally. It was developed by Dr. Rod Kurthy, himself a cigar enthusiast, who became frustrated with the cigar punches and stands available on the market.

The genesis of this product required four years of uninterrupted development on Rod's part to achieve ambitious goals. These included the creation of razor-sharp punch blades with a wall thickness as thin as two standard sheets of paper. These blades are designed with a cutting angle of just 18°, in contrast to the average 40° of common punch blades. What's more, they are made from an extremely hard metal, guaranteeing exceptional sharpness even after two decades of daily use. But perhaps most importantly, these blades have no sharpening bevel on the outer edge, eliminating any risk of cracking your cigar wrapper during perforation.
