Distilled from 100% Scottish barley and boasting an impressive peat level of 108.2 PPM, Octomore 15.2 retains the youthful energy that has always defined its predecessors. As a fascinating alternative to the 15.1, this edition shares the same Concerto Scottish Mainland barley malt at 108.2 PPM, but stands out through its unique maturation process.

The 15.2 has been aged in an innovative combination of wine casks and second-fill ex-bourbon casks, with a finish in first-fill cognac casks. This maturation process imparts remarkable richness and complexity to the single malt. Aromas of nutmeg, toasted oak, and caramel intertwine to offer unique depth, while a delicate floral note provides a subtle and harmonious contrast to the earthy smoke that characterizes the Octomore range.
