Tequila
Clase Azul Reposado
Bottle of 0.7 L
Presentation
The making of Clase Azul Reposado Tequila is a true art: the blue heart of the Weber agave is cooked for 72 hours in a brick oven, then its juice is fermented and distilled twice. This tequila is matured in the village of Jesús Maria, where nights can drop to as low as 5°C, contributing to a unique ageing process.
Clase Azul Reposado Tequila is aged for eight months in oak casks, giving it a rich flavour, with notes of cooked agave, wood, fruit, vanilla and caramel.
What makes tequila even more precious are the handcrafted bottles from Santa Maria Canches. These ceramic decanters, reminiscent of a pepper mill, are meticulously hand-decorated and, once empty, can be reused as decorative objects such as lamps, candlesticks or vases, depending on the artisans' creative ideas.
