Clase Azul Ultra
Bottle of 0.7 L
Presentation
The result of more than 14 years of work and perfection, Clase Azul Tequila Ultra Añejo 70 embodies refinement and patience. Its journey begins in the fertile lands of Los Altos de Jalisco, where the blue agave plants are carefully cultivated for at least nine years before being harvested at full maturity. The piñas, the precious hearts of the agave, are then slowly cooked for 72 hours in masonry ovens, a process that extracts the sugars essential for fermentation. This key stage involves the use of patented yeasts, jealously guarded secrets, which give this tequila its unique aromatic profile.
Double distillation in copper stills further sublimates this nectar before it is aged with extreme care. For at least five years, the tequila rests in an exclusive combination of American whisky and sherry casks, enriching its character and developing aromas of exceptional depth.
But the Clase Azul Ultra Añejo experience isn't just about taste: each bottle is a genuine work of art, crafted and decorated by hand. Made from silver, platinum and 24-carat gold, it is painted using the delicate platinum feather technique, where extremely precise parallel lines are revealed after firing. This rare and precious tequila, with its velvety notes of dried fruit, caramel, dark chocolate and sweet spices, represents the essence of Mexican luxury and savoir-faire. An incomparable sensory and visual experience, designed for exceptional connoisseurs.
